Cardiff City are back on the road as they make the tricky trip to the CBS Arena to face Coventry City.

Aaron Ramsey in action for Cardiff City.

The Opposition:

Coventry have had an up and down season but have found for at the right time, and now find themselves in and amongst the Play-Offs with six games remaining. The Sky Blues struggled at the start of the season, with a run of four losses on the trot coming in October. Since then, Mark Robins' side have picked things up, losing just three times in the league since then. Sky Blues have also enjoyed a run in the FA Cup, as they now find themselves in the semi-finals against Manchester United.

Mark Robins has based his style of play at Coventry on getting the best out of his players as opposed to an overarching tactical philosophy. Coventry excel at winning the ball back from their opponents, as well as creating scoring chances and attacking along the wings. Coventry like to attempt likes his team to play through balls often and take plenty of shots which comes as no surprise given the energetic fashion in which Robins

Coventry come into this one seventh in the table, a win against The Bluebirds would see them move within one point of the Play-Offs.

The Bluebirds:

Cardiff come into this one off the back of a defeat against Sunderland. The Bluebirds dominated the ball, but there was a lot of nothing and sideway passes, something that frustrated supporters. Cardiff didn't have any chances to shout about and looked without ideas in the final third.

Like the game in the Welsh Capital, Coventry are likely to dominate possession. Cardiff will have to make the most of loose passes and keep a strong defensive shape as they did in the reverse fixtures. Cardiff's pace will be the key if they're to get anything out of this one.

The Bluebirds sit 11th ahead of this one.
