Cardiff City were held 0-0 by Ian Evatt's Blackpool this afternoon.

Player Ratings:
Nathan Trott (7) - Made an exceptional save to deny Bowler. Looked more confident in himself after a shaky few weeks. Distribution was improved.
Perry Ng (6.5) - Just too slow on the ball, and final delivery lacked much quality. Defensively sound.
Will Fish (6) - Similar to Ng in many ways, some real frustrating and unnecessary shots from distance stopping Cardiff in good areas.
Dylan Lawlor (6.5) - Similar to Fish and Ng, made some key interventions to stop dangerous attacks.
Joel Bagan (8) MOTM - Flawless in the first half and made easy work of the tricky Bowler, also got forward very well. Quieter second half, but still showed his quality.
Ryan Wintle (6) - Evidently ran out of ideas quite quickly, some nice drives from deep, but a lot of sideways and backwards football, and when he did breakthrough, made the wrong choices. Came the closest to scoring.
Alex Robertson (7) - Another promising and tidy performance. Carried the ball well, and showed a good range of passing. Bizarre substitution, for me.
Rubin Colwill (5.5) - Had a whole host of good chances, and made little of it. Some nice switches of play, otherwise a quiet and wasteful afternoon.
Ollie Tanner (5.5) - Same as Colwill. Made little of some great areas he got into.
Cian Ashford (8) - Another real good showing. Sharp and direct and Blackpool really struggled. Carried the ball well and looked electric at times. That final decision just needs tweaking.
Omari Kellyman (6) - Another game with no service. Tried to get involved, but struggled to have a real impact on the game.
Subs:
David Turnbull (7) - Spread play well, and had a tidy cameo altogether.
Callum Robinson (6) - Had the same struggles as Kellyman. Two touches in a half an hour cameo.
Chris Willock (7) - Direct and put in a dangerous cross or two. Almost came close to netting himself.
Joel Colwill (N/A)
Summary:
Given today's results, it's a point in the right direction, but still some serious improvement needed.
