Talks have begun to ramp up as Cardiff City seem to be closing in on their first January Window signing.
This week, Joel Colwill has returned from Cheltenham to move to League One Exeter City. Jake Dennis has joined National League side Oldham Atheltic on loan. Ewan Griffiths and Raheem Conte have returned to the club.
Jakub Kalizinki:

Reports in Turkey claimed Cardiff had a bid knocked back for Polish midfielder Jakub Kaluzinski. Polish outlet Meczyki claim The Bluebirds were "willing to pay €3-4m" for the 22 year-old's services. Kaluzinski is a holding midfielder at Turkish side Antalyaspor and has five assists for Akrepler so far this season. These reports are thought to be wide of the mark.
Warren Davis:

Cardiff City and Preston have both been credited with interest in Drogheda United's Warren Davis. The 19 year-old is well-known for being the cousin of UFC star Conor McGregor. Davis made twenty-eight appearances for The Drogs last season, netting once. These reports are also thought to be wide of the mark.
Yousef Salech:

Cardiff City are closing in on the signing of Danish striker Yousef Salech. The 22 year-old netted twelve goals and assisted four last season for Allsvenskan side Sirius. Salech is a typical 'fox in the box' striker who comes alive in the box, offering quite little outside of his in the box presence. The striker uses his stature well and is strong in his duels. It's expected Cardiff will spend £3.2M on the striker's services, with Salech set to become City's most expensive striker since their Robert Glatzel for £5.5M back in 2019.
Summary:
We're finally beginning to see action, and are hopefully filling what has been a long-term hole in Cardiff's team since the departure of Kieffer Moore.
Another big week awaits!
