WHO IS CARDIFF TARGET JENS HEJRTØ-DAHL?

Per Sky Sports, Cardiff are advancing in a deal to sign Tromsø midfielder Jens Hjertø-Dahl. The Norwegian club are reportedly holding out for £8.5M, if met, Hjertø-Dahl would become City's fifth most expensive signing of all time.
