Cardiff City remain on the road as they face Paul Heckingbottom's Preston North End.

The Opposition:
After the resignantion of Ryan Lowe after the opening day, North End have recovered under Heckingbottom and have had a steady season.
Heckingbottom prefers to play with a fast tempo, focusing on quick transitions with an emphasis on pressing, work rate and fitness. Heckingbottom has a core group of players he trusts, but won’t shy away from making big calls. The former Leeds boss has favoured a 3-4-2-1 since his arrival at Preston.
North End sit fourteenth ahead of this one, and would remain in the same position with a win.
The Bluebirds:
Cardiff come into this on on the back of a goalless draw away against QPR.
City will have to exploit the space left centrally by Preston, The likelihood is Cardiff will have an overload in the middle, therefore they will have to use the ball well in central areas, whilst staying calculated in wide areas.
Team News:
Cardiff City - Jak Alnwick, Joe Ralls and Aaron Ramsey remain out for The Bluebirds.
Preston North End - Freddie Woodman, Jack Whatmough, Ali McCann and Brad Potts out for the hosts.
Preferred XI:
GK - Ethan Horvath
RB - Andy Rinomhota
RCB - Will Fish
LCB - Jesper Daland
LB - Joel Bagan
RCM - David Turnbull
LCM - Alex Robertson
CAM - Rubin Colwill
RW - Isaak Davies
LW - Will Alves
ST - Yousef Salech
Prediction:

There is not a game that screams draw more (please win Cardiff).
