Cardiff City have made it one win in ten after a 2-0 defeat against Sheffield United this afternoon.

It was a half of few chances to open the contest, but the game sprung into life in the second half. Yakou Meite had a low shot held early in the second half, minutes later Rubin Colwill would blast over from inside the box.
Anwar El Ghazi tried his luck from distance, his effort wide of the goal
The away side would eventually take the lead through Kieffer Moore. The striker controlled the ball with his chest before firing into the top corner past a helpless Jak Alnwick.
Moore soon doubled his and Sheffield United's tally. The Welsh international fired past Alnwick at his near post from the edge of the box to secure all three points for The Blades.
Player Ratings:
Jak Alnwick (5) - Made a couple of decent stops. First goal is a stunner, feel he’s beaten too easily at his front post for the second.
Jesper Daland (4) - Doesn’t do good enough for either goal. On the ball was extremely sloppy.
Dimitrios Goutas (5.5) - Competed with Kieffer Moore with minor success. Not involved a great deal.
Calum Chambers (6) - Was fairly solid defensively and made a pretty decent chance for Colwil.
Andy Rinomhota (7) MOTM - Contested well with Hamer and got the better of him on several occasions. Quietened down in the second half.
Manolis Siopis (7) - Another that battled well. Strong in the tackle. Varied passing, some real nice stuff but some sloppy.
Alex Robertson (6) - A quiet performance from Robertson. Carried the ball forward well but couldn’t break Sheffield United down. Set piece delivery still needs to be better.
Joel Bagan (6.5) - Bagan grew into the game. Got in some good areas going forward and defended decently.
Anwar El Ghazi (6.5) - Some impressive fast feet in tight spaces. Came close with a decent effort.
Chris Willock (7) - City’s best creative player. Got in some dangerous areas and Sheffield United were struggling to deal with him.
Yakou Meite (6.5) - Worked really hard and probably deserved something for his work. Getting better each game.
Subs:
Rubin Colwill (5) - Just took one touch too many on too many occasions. Had some good chances and wasted them.
Callum Robinson (5.5) - Made a decent chance for Colwill. Quiet outside of that.
Cian Ashford (6.5) - A promising cameo. Got forward with pace and purpose.
Ronan Kpakio (N/A) - Nice moment for the seventeen year-old.
Wilfried Kanga (N/A)
Summary:
One win in ten, things are beginning to look pretty bleak.
