BLUEBIRDS MAKE BIG TRIP TO QPR

Cardiff City are back on their travels as they face Marti Cifuentes' QPR.

The Opposition:
The R's had a poor start to the season, which saw them sat firmly in the bottom three, but gathered some form and flew up the table, and were outsiders for the play-offs. After a poor run, if results go against them this weekend they could be back in the 'relegation dog fight' in the closing weeks of the season.
Cifuentes is a proactive coach who demands a lot from his sides. Since his arrival, QPR have enjoyed a lot more possession in games. The Catalan manager typically lines up in a 4-3-3 with a deep lying playmaker - which is typically Sam Field. When out of possession, The R's look to press quick and regain the ball quickly.
QPR sit fifteenth ahead of this one, and could move up one position with a victory.
The Bluebirds:
Cardiff come into this one on the back of a frustrating draw with Sheffield Wednesday. The Bluebirds dominated large parts of the game and took the lead through Isaak Davies, but were pegged back by Michael Ihiekwe on the hour mark, meaning City were forced to settle for a point.
I see both sides sharing possession in this one, whether Cardiff will make the most of that is too be seen. City will be afforded chances, it's about being clinical in those moments.
Team News:
Cardiff City - Callum Robinson and Chris Willock back available. Perry Ng and Anwar El Ghazi set to miss this one. Joe Ralls, Aaron Ramsey and Jak Alnwick remain out.
QPR - Sam Field back available. Koki Saito suspended for the hosts. Harvey Vale, Ilias Chair, Rayan Kolli, Michael Frey, Zan Celar, Steve Cook and Jake Clarke-Salter all out for the hosts.
Preferred XI:
GK - Ethan Horvath
RCB - Dylan Lawlor
CB - Will Fish
LCB - Jesper Daland
RM - Cian Ashford
RCM - Calum Chambers
LCM - Sivert Mannsverk
LM - Callum O'Dowda
