Cardiff City beat Port Vale 1-0 this evening in a result that relegated The Valiants.

Player Ratings:
Nathan Trott (7.5) - Made a top save from close range, and generally had a positive evening. Distribution was varied.
Ronan Kpakio (8) MOTM - The best Ronan Kpakio has played for some time. Got forward excellently, and should've had an assist for his efforts. Defensively sound, also.
Gabriel Osho (8) - Dominated Sherif and Hall, with his pace and strength proving really effective. Progressive and strong on the ball.
Dylan Lawlor (7) - Made some key interventions at the back to deny Port Vale. Some sloppy pieces on the ball, but generally did well.
Calum Scanlon (8) - Similar to Kpakio, really. Got forward really well with his blistering pace, driving well with the ball. Overlapped well. Defensively sound, also.
Alex Robertson (7.5) - Looks most comfortable playing as a six. Dictated play well. Out of possession was good sweeping play. Set pieces left something to be desired.
Joel Colwill (6.5) - A quiet evening, not due to a lack of effort on Joel Colwill's part. Worked hard out of possession, and some half chances in front of goal. Drove with the ball well.
David Turnbull (7.5) - After a quieter first half, was excellent in the second half, particularly when moved to the six. Secured possession well, and had an impressive passing range. Good out of possession, also.
Rubin Colwill (7.5) - Another very good header to get on the score sheet. Came in and out of the game, drove well with the ball. Decent out of possession.
Yousef Salech (6) - Had two glorious chances and fluffed his lines. Some nice feet on show, and held the ball up well.
Callum Robinson (6.5) - Worked hard and had a half chance or two. Worked well off Salech. Link-up play was decent.
Subs:
Will Fish (7) - Strong showing and made some key challenges late on.
Chris Willock (6.5) - An excellent cross for the goal, but largely failed to get into the game. Not sure if his shot has landed yet or not.
Omari Kellyman (7) - Some fine footwork on display. Worked hard out of possession.
Joel Bagan (N/A)
Ryan Wintle (N/A)
Summary:
Nice.
